Ageless Health Medicine is located on the Second Floor of the building which you can access by the elevator or stairway.

Please keep in mind that HIPPA cannot be guaranteed in the hallway, we recommend that if that is a concern you do not approach your provider with personal details until you are inside of the treatment room.

Detailed Directions

Driving toward the Old Mill on Bond Street heading South: You will pass The Box Factory on your left, continue driving. You will pass The Old Mill entrance on your right, take your very next left on to SW Scalehouse Loop Rd. You will see Bellevue Healthcare on the right-hand side of the turn and Healthy Bend Building on your left-hand side of the turn. Follow SW Scalehouse Loop to the left. There are three buildings in a row on your left-hand side as you drive along SW Scalehouse Loop. Ageless Health Medicine is located in The Evergreen Building, the last of the three buildings on SW Scalehouse Loop Rd and pictured in the bottom of the photos. You can park anywhere available. Head into the building from the front door and take either the stairs or the elevator to the 2nd Level. Take a right and Ageless Health is the door facing you directly to your right (Suite 6) at the top of the stairs or upon exit of the elevator.
